Fair teams. No arguments.
Kustom reads your League custom lobby, splits the ten into two even teams with real roles, and keeps ratings from actual results. Nobody picks. Nobody types.
The odds were
Blue 51 percent, Red 49 percent.
The center line marks 50–50
Red was 49%. Red won. Upset!
Next best: swap Rano of Zaun (support) and PRT Empty (mid). Blue 55%, with a bigger rating gap (143 vs 34 pts).
How the bot decided
The bot tried all 126 ways to split these ten into two teams of five. For each one it put everyone in their best lane and scored it: the rating gap between the teams, plus a cost for every player off their main role (bigger if they were filled last game), plus a nudge against repeating last game's teams. Lowest score wins. Here are its top three:
- #1In playBlue 51% · 49% Red
- Rating gap
- 34 pts
- Off main role
- 2
These teams.
- #2Blue 55% · 45% Red
- Rating gap
- 143 pts
- Off main role
- 2
Swap Rano of Zaun (support) and PRT Empty (mid).
Ranked lower: a bigger rating gap (143 vs 34 pts).
- #3Blue 43% · 57% Red
- Rating gap
- 3 pts
- Off main role
- 3
Reshuffles 4 players.
Ranked lower: 1 more person off their main role.
Why win chance and rating gap can disagreeWin chance comes from everyone's Rating as it is. The rating gap is what the bot balances on, and it counts anyone off their main role as a bit weaker there, so the two can point slightly different ways.
Nobody picked these teams.Admins can set the mode and whether a game is rated, but only before its teams are rolled. Then they can tap Roll teams and Reroll (which moves to the next pick on this list), and nothing else. Nobody can hand-edit a rating; ratings only move when a game ends.
The bot's note: Blue favored 51%. 2 off-role: Bot at mid, SugarPapy at support. Gap 34. Next best: swap Rano of Zaun and PRT Empty, gap 143.
More on how it worksSound familiar?
- "Who's picking teams?"
- "Bro, those teams are stacked."
- "Wait, who won game 2?"
Kustom ends all three before they start.
How it works
- Get in a lobby. One friend has Kustom running. Everyone joins the custom like always.
- An admin taps Roll teams. The bot tries every way to split the ten, picks the fairest, and posts it to your Discord with the odds.
- Play. When the game ends, Kustom reads the result from the client. Ratings move. The board updates. Nobody reports anything.
Every split shows its odds.

More on how it works- Nobody votes on who won. The result comes straight from the League client.
- Nobody picks the teams. Not the admins, not the host.
- Nobody can hand-edit a rating. It only moves when a game ends.
Admins can set the mode and whether a game is rated before its teams are rolled, then roll, and reroll to the bot's next pick. The owner can reset everyone's ratings at once, never one person's. That's it.

The one download, and what it does.
Kustom has a small Windows app. Only one friend per lobby needs it running. Everyone else just plays.
- What it reads
- Who's in your custom lobby, the end-of-game stats screen, and your past customs from the client's match history, so your group's history fills in by itself.
- What it can do
- When you tap a button on the site: open the custom, send the invites, and move players to their side.
- What it never touches
- Champ select, anything in game, your account or password. It doesn't play for you and it doesn't ban for you.
Windows only, for now. Friends on Mac can still play in the lobby; they just can't be the one hosting.

Questions
Is this allowed by Riot?
Kustom only reads the League client and opens custom lobbies, the way you would by hand. It never touches champ select or the game itself.
Do we all need to install something?
No. One person in the lobby runs it.
What if someone's new?
Everyone starts at 1200. Their first 10 games count extra, so they find their level fast.
Can an admin rig it?
No. Admins can't pick teams or edit ratings. They tap Roll teams; the bot does the rest, and shows its work.
Does it cost anything?
No. Kustom is free.
